Follow the margin, not just the volume.
In this sample, LTL carries a 19.5% margin; truckload carries 15.0%. Use customer and rep views in your implementation to investigate the difference.
Sample figures only. Your implementation is validated against your own agreed source reports.
IMPLEMENTED FOR FREIGHT TEAMS
Built from real reporting work.

Revenue and profit per load, with period comparisons
Open and stuck loads with days-open indicators
Executive summary connected to load-level detail
Selected implementation experience by Rodrigo Chávez. Client identities are kept confidential. The interactive demo uses fictional data.
Need load aging or commission-adjusted profitability?
These capabilities can be scoped as extensions after data review. They are not included in the standard package estimate.
02 / CONFIDENCE IS THE DELIVERABLE
Good charts start with numbers you can trust.
A reporting layer built around your operating reality, with the checks and handover that make it useful after launch.
01
Reconcile before you report.
Validate source coverage, duplicate loads, date boundaries and aging rules. Record exceptions so a clean chart never hides an unexplained total.
02
Own the reporting layer.
Deploy in your environment. Keep your TMS as the system of record. Add the handover module so your team can run and maintain the reporting.
03
Buy a defined outcome.
Choose a fixed implementation scope and measurable acceptance criteria. Add monthly care only if you want continued monitoring and improvements.
Your TMS may already include dashboards and exports. FreightClarity adds a tailored financial model, agreed reconciliation and Microsoft reporting deliverables. HyperionTMS / BrokerWare access and API coverage are verified before scope is confirmed. Independent consulting; no vendor affiliation implied.
03 / A SCOPE YOU CAN SEE
Start with what matters. Expand when you need it.
One-time implementation, transparent scope. All packages include the data foundation and one round of changes per selected module.

NOT SURE YOUR DATA IS READY?
Start with a compatibility diagnostic.
For $500, review API access, divisions and one benchmark report. Receive a fit decision, a risks list and a fixed scope. Credit the $500 against implementation if you proceed within 30 days.
Illustrative estimate, not a financial commitment.
05 / FROM ACCESS TO ACCEPTANCE
A clear route to launch.
You see progress in checkpoints. Final payment follows demonstrated acceptance of the agreed deliverables.
01
Connect & reconcile
Confirm API access and divisions. Agree the benchmark, source coverage and cutoff rules.
02
Build & review
Configure selected views, recover agreed history and review working reports together.
03
Validate & hand over
Observe seven unattended refreshes, resolve or document differences, and complete module acceptance.
A few details, up front.
What do we need to get started?
API access with the required account scope, a list of divisions, benchmark reports, Microsoft licensing appropriate to your environment, agreed historical files and a named owner. Never send credentials through this website or WhatsApp. A secure handoff is arranged after scope confirmation.
Will you replace our TMS?
No replacement is required for the HyperionTMS package. Your TMS remains the system of record. This engagement adds reporting in your environment. Other systems need a compatibility review before any integration is promised.
Can you recreate historical receivables?
Only if the necessary payment history exists. When the source does not expose payment dates, pre-implementation historical balances cannot be reliably reconstructed. Daily snapshots begin after activation. Receivables coverage is limited to divisions exposed by the accounting source.
How are your numbers validated?
We agree a closed period and benchmark report before implementation. The foundation targets no more than 2% variance, with remaining differences explained; load-level reconciliation is checked where available. A tolerance is an acceptance criterion, not a claim that every deployment is accurate within 2%.
What happens after delivery?
Keep the implementation in your own environment. Select documentation and handover if you want a runbook and recorded walkthrough. Care and Growth are optional monthly services. Additional integrations, extra report layouts and changes beyond included hours receive a separate scope.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Requesting a scope here creates no order or charge. Your individual quote confirms scope, fees, delivery and cancellation terms. Implementation is billed 50% at kickoff and 50% on acceptance. Monthly support starts after acceptance and requires its own agreement.
